Tally.ERP 9 supports ASCII (Comma Delimited), Excel (Spreadsheet), HTML (Web Publishing), JPEG (Image), PDF (Portable Data Format), and XML (Data Interchange) Export Formats. On Exporting transactions (having multiple ledgers and narration) in detailed format from Ledger report to Excel, the ledger names are displayed under To/ By (Dr/Cr) column.

ALTERNATE SOLUTION/WORKAROUND

Currently, Print the transactions having multiple ledgers and narration in detailed format instead of Exporting.
