Tally.ERP 9 supports ASCII (Comma Delimited), Excel (Spreadsheet), HTML (Web Publishing), JPEG (Image), PDF (Portable Data Format), and XML (Data Interchange) Export Formats. On Exporting detailed Day Book in JPEG or PDF formats the Ledger Name overlaps with the Date column.

ALTERNATE SOLUTION/WORKAROUND

Export the Daybook in condensed mode using JPEG or PDF format OR can export detailed/condensed Day Book in Excel format.
