Tally.ERP 9 provides the facility to print Reports/Vouchers/Invoices/ Registers. It also gives the capability to view the print preview of the reports/invoice etc. before taking the printout. Most of the users will view the print preview and then print the report/invoice. Sometimes users experience the difference in Print Preview and the actual Printout when the details of Reports or Invoices are spread to multiple pages.

The print preview of a Report/Voucher/Invoice in Tally.ERP 9 is based on the screen resolution and the actual print is based on the paper size of the selected printer. Because of this, there may be a possibility that the information displayed on a particular page in the print preview of a report may be different than the printout or vice versa.

ALTERNATE SOLUTION/WORKAROUND

While printing reports/invoices consider the actual Print Out to identify the last printed page to define the page Range for further printing.
